CNTY President Cao Debiao Leads a Delegation to Meet Deputy Prime Minister of Laos

On August 28, 2026, Cao Debiao, President of CNTY led a delegation for a meeting with Saleumxay Kommasith, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and Deputy Prime Minister of Laos. The two sides held in‑depth exchanges and pragmatic discussions on waste governance and ecological environment improvement in Vientiane, Laos. Officials from relevant Lao ministries attended the meeting.

Saleumxay Kommasith extended a warm welcome to President Cao and his delegation, and briefed them on the latest developments of Laos and Vientiane. President Cao thanked the Deputy PM for the cordial reception, and then introduced China Tianying’s business layout and core strengths. Given Laos’ geographical proximity and close bilateral ties with Vietnam, and its reference to Vietnam’s development experience across multiple sectors, President Cao focused on the investment, construction and operational practices of the company’s waste‑to‑energy project in Hanoi, Vietnam.

President Cao stated that CNTY is ready to deepen cooperation with local enterprises, focusing on urban environmental services, waste‑to‑energy and waste water treatment, to jointly upgrade the living environment quality across Laos, especially in Vientiane.

Saleumxay Kommasith and relevant Lao ministry officials had in-depth communications with CNTY and reached consensus. Both sides agreed to accelerate the delivery of cooperative projects and jointly build an ecologically sound homeland for Laos.
