On the morning of 16 July 2025, Mr Lin Yantai, Vice-Chairman of the Lianjiang County Federation of Trade Unions, led a delegation to our company to conduct a ‘Summer Cooling’ welfare visit. They extended their regards to employees working tirelessly on the front lines despite the sweltering heat, delivering thoughtfully prepared supplies including herbal tea, mung beans, and towels.

The delegation highly commended the employees for their profound sense of responsibility during the heatwave, expressing heartfelt gratitude and profound respect for their steadfast commitment to their duties. Vice Chairman Lin Yantai reminded everyone that while diligently performing their duties, they must implement effective heatstroke prevention measures, scientifically adjust work schedules during peak heat periods, and ensure a balance between work and rest to safeguard both production safety and personal health.

He further emphasised that the company's trade union must diligently fulfil its duties by scientifically organising staff schedules, continuously improving working conditions, and fully safeguarding employees' safety and wellbeing.

Workers at the scene expressed their gratitude, pledging to translate it into action by approaching all tasks with heightened vigour and enthusiasm to contribute more significantly to Lianjiang's high-quality development.
