PM Bektenov welcomed President Cao and his delegation, noting that the two countries share a permanent comprehensive strategic partnership with deepening cooperation. Kazakhstan has thoroughly reviewed CNTY's industrial capabilities, and a government delegation previously conducted an on-site inspection, expressing high recognition for the company's full-chain waste treatment services.

President Cao thanked the Kazakh government for its trust and support, and briefed the PM on CNTY’s industrial layout, core strengths, and overall investment plan in Kazakhstan. He highlighted the company's globally leading waste-to-energy technology and its first mechanical grate incineration project in China's alpine region. Leveraging extensive hands-on experience, the company is fully capable of operating under Central Asia's low-temperature conditions, with unique advantages in designing, building, and operating environmental projects in cold climates. CNTY stands ready to engage in comprehensive, multi-sector green cooperation with Kazakhstan, systematically delivering high-standard waste-to-resource, urban environmental services, water treatment, construction waste disposal, medical waste treatment, sludge treatment, and new energy projects, to help improve Kazakhstan's green environmental industry system.
