In the vibrant spring of late April, Ningxia Tianying EcoEnergy organized a tree-planting and landscaping team-building activity at its plant. Led by senior management, with technical staff volunteering and support teams fully engaged, all employees participated during their spare time to refurbish the site and plant trees, putting environmental commitment into action.
From office building to production perimeters, from roadsides to vacant corners, the management took the lead to clear debris, levelled land, setting a powerful example that ignited enthusiasm across the company. Technical staff and departmental engineers, after completing their routine duties in equipment inspection, process control, and technical support, joined the landscaping teams. Leveraging their expertise and considering the local climate of Ningxia, they scientifically planned green areas, inspected facilities, and refined every detail to ensure aesthetics, functionality, and safety compliance.
The chosen tree – the red plum apricot – is a nationally recognized geographical-indication product from Pengyang County, Guyuan City, Ningxia. Known for its plump, sweet-and-tangy fruit, it offers both ecological and nutritional value, serving as an "eco-tree" for beautification and a "tree of hope" for the future. During planting, management oversaw every step, strictly following cultivation techniques – from spacing measurements and pit digging to depth adjustment per sapling size, then placing, backfilling, and watering – all meticulously executed to ensure each tree takes root and thrives. The entire team worked in clear divisions with smooth coordination: soil preparation, watering, pruning, and cleaning proceeded orderly, creating a unique apricot orchard for Ningxia Tianying.
