In October 2022 and January 2023, China Tingying received the CTEAS 12-star Aftersales Service and CTEAS 12-star (continuous and effective service) certifications.

Issued by the National Commodity Aftersales Service Evaluation and Certification Committee and Beijing Wuzhou Tianyu Certification Centre, the CTEAS 12-star certification is a professional standard system for evaluating an enterprise's aftersales service.

CTEAS 12-star aftersales service certification is based on the CTEAS 102-2022 aftersales service trustworthiness certification specification, CTEAS 1001-2017 aftersales service system perfection certification evaluation specification, and the relevant requirements of the GB/T27922-2011 commodity aftersales service evaluation system; CTEAS 12-star (continuous and effective service) certification is based on CTEAS100, CTEAS 1001-2017 and the relevant standards of GB/T27922-2011 commodity aftersales service evaluation system.

The award of two CTEAS 12-star certificates demonstrates that CNTY has a developed, top-notch aftersales service system in the industry, reflecting its strength in operation, product service provision and brand building.
