On December 6, 2022, the bid for the urban-rural sanitation integration project in Helong City, Yanbian Prefecture, Jilin Province was announced, and China Tianying won the bid and became the sanitation service provider for the urban area of Helong City and 76 administrative villages in 8 towns under its jurisdiction.

The winning bid amounted to RMB 67,856,400, covering 3 years of the first service period of the project. The total service period of the project is 8 years, adopting the model of 3+3+2, which can be renewed twice. The project service content includes integrated sanitation operation in urban areas and townships of Helong City, as well as responses to emergency public pollution events, environmental protection in extreme weather and major events.

This is a major breakthrough for China Tianying in the sanitation market of Jilin Province, expanding the company's business share in the sanitation field of the north-eastern provinces and injecting strong momentum into the "environmental protection + new energy" double-engine strategy.
